Our Coffee and Tea

For our coffees, we are excited to partner with the amazing folks at Seeds Coffee in Homewood, AL. They will work with our team to help bring the very best quality to our community daily. Seeds sources coffee from around the world, including places like Brazil, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Indonesia. Seeds provides a number of options for your cup– from pour overs to nitro-cold-brew, from lattes to espressos to mochas. They also home make our syrups. Our loose-leaf teas will come from locally-owned Tea Town Alabama. We are so blessed to work with these great partners in this venture. Our coffee & our tea game will be strong.

Our Food

At UPerk, we will make most of our food selections in-house, partnering with local farms, including ingredients from Katie Farms to serve the freshest food possible! Our pastries will be provided by local café, Heritage House Coffee & Tea. We are excited about what we’ll have for your table at UPerk!

LIGHT FARE

Baked Granola Bowl (Gluten Free) 

Baked oats with mixed nuts, dried fruits, pumpkin seeds, and almond butter. Topped with apple compote, cinnamon, & maple syrup.

Savory Grit Bowl 

Yellow stone ground corn grits, slow cooked with olive oil, garlic and savory seasonings.

Add ons: egg/ bacon/ roasted root veggies/ cheddar

Baked Egg Casserole (Weekly Selection) 

Toast with Muscadine Jelly 

Toast with Apple Cinnamon Pecan Cream Cheese 

Topped with apple compote, cinnamon, and maple syrup.

WARM PRESSED SANDWICHES

(Served on homemade wheat or sourdough bread. Gluten free available)

Wakey Wakey  

Egg salad (no mayo),  bacon, and Cheddar.

Fakey Wakey  

Seasoned tofu scramble, vegan bacon (made in-house), and vegan cheese spread.

Butternut Birdie

Smoked turkey breast, butternut squash goat cheese, and cranberry slaw.

Yam n’ Ham 

Baked pepper ham, yam mash with smoked gouda, spicy turnip greens with diced okra.

Roasted Root (veggie/vegan) 

Veggie patty made with roasted carrots, beets, yams, butternut squash. Topped with sweet apple slaw.

Vegan Burger

Pea protein patty served on a whole wheat bun with watermelon pickle relish and baby kale. Comes with a side of apple slaw, ketchup/mustard, and root veggie chips. *Gluten free bread available by request.

SEASONAL SALAD

Harvest Salad Plate 

Baby kale, roasted carrots, beets, yams, butternut squash, and Brussel sprouts. Topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and pecans. Served with a side of muscadine vinaigrette. Add goat cheese $1.00

Bounty Bowl (Weekly Selection) 

Served with a side of toast.
